Official Raffle Rules

1. About Cookies
Cookies is a raffle management platform. Each raffle is operated by an independent organizer ("Organizer"), not by Cookies. These rules describe how raffles work on the platform. Organizers may publish additional raffle-specific rules that apply alongside these terms.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and legally able to participate in a raffle where they live. Void where prohibited by law. Organizers are responsible for confirming that their raffle is permitted in their jurisdiction.
3. How to Enter
Entries are recorded as numbered "Cookies." An Organizer assigns each Cookie to a participant based on that Organizer's stated entry method (purchase, free entry, or otherwise). The number of Cookies available, the price (if any), and any free-entry method are set by the Organizer and shown on the raffle page.
4. Free Entry Method
Where required by law, no purchase is necessary to enter or win. If an Organizer's raffle requires a purchase, that Organizer must provide a free alternate method of entry with equal odds of winning. Contact the Organizer directly to request the free entry method for their raffle.
5. Drawing & Winner Selection
Winners are selected by the Organizer using one of the drawing methods supported by the platform (random, seeded random, manual, or live elimination). Once a winning Cookie is chosen and recorded, the result is final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Cookies assigned in that raffle.
6. Prizes
Prizes are provided by the Organizer, not by Cookies. All prize descriptions, fulfillment timelines, shipping, taxes, and any substitutions are the Organizer's responsibility. Cookies does not warehouse, ship, or insure prizes.
7. Notifications
Participants who have claimed their account will be notified in-app (and, on the iOS/Android app, via push notification if enabled) when a raffle they entered is drawn. Organizers may also contact winners directly using the contact information provided at entry.
8. Disputes
Any dispute about a raffle — including eligibility, entry, drawing, or prize fulfillment — is between the participant and the Organizer. Cookies provides the platform but is not a party to any individual raffle.
9. Changes
These rules may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
10. Contact
For questions about a specific raffle, contact the Organizer of that raffle. For platform questions, see the Privacy Policy for our contact details.
